Shipping & Processing Orders

Orders are processed, prepared and shipped out as soon as possible using Express Couriers (AKS, BEX, etc).

The shipping & delivery cost is calculated based on package dimensions and is shipped within the Republic of Serbia. Orders accumulating to 10,000 rsd + are automatically qualified for free shipping.

The cost of delivery outside of the Republic of Serbia is calculated based on weight and country destination.

Orders received by noon are shipped out within the same day. If not, they will be sent out the following working day. Orders received after noon, or on weekends, will be shipped out the following business day. You can expect your order within 24-48 hours if you are within the Republic of Serbia, or within 3-5 business days if you are outside of Serbia.

Nail Queen Studio is not liable for delays caused by direct fault of Delivery Services that may occur due to emergencies, natural disasters, technical problems, etc.
